This journal published by the Department addresses general historical issues. It discusses problematic events which took place in the region between the Vistula and Pilica rivers. Its scope includes historical research from ancient times to modern. Between 2000 and 2007, eight volumes were published.

The Almanac of History (Almanach Historyczny)

This journal published by the Department addresses general historical issues from ancient times to modern. The Almanac has been in publication since 1999 as a continuation of Kielce Historical Studies. The journal is published annually. Nine volumes of The Almanac have been published to date.
